Role Overview
Join the CHARLES & KEITH GROUP as an Assistant Social Content Creation Manager based in Singapore, where you will be responsible for leading the development and management of compelling social media content and strategies that align with the brand’s identity in the evolving digital landscape.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, produce, and supervise premium social-first content such as videos, images, reels, and motion graphics that reflect the brand identity across global and regional markets.
- Work collaboratively with internal creative teams to generate engaging and platform-specific content tailored for diverse audiences.
- Create and manage an organized social content calendar that synchronizes seasonal storytelling with product launches, campaigns, and key brand events.
- Craft captivating narratives to connect with target demographics and bolster brand loyalty across all digital outlets.
- Ensure uniformity in tone, visual style, and messaging through all digital channels.
- Build and maintain relationships with creators, industry influencers, and cultural leaders to discover new partnership opportunities.
- Plan and oversee digital and social media campaigns that maximize brand exposure, interaction, and market relevance.
- Manage content publishing on platforms including Instagram, TikTok, WeChat, YouTube, and other emerging networks, optimizing per channel for best performance.
- Utilize audience insights, data analytics, and current digital trends to guide content decisions and enhance user engagement.
- Collaborate closely with regional teams to adapt content to localized markets while preserving global brand consistency.
- Administer partnerships with influencers for both organic and paid campaigns, ensuring quality content production for activations and seasonal initiatives.
- Identify and engage emerging talents, ambassadors, and collaborators who resonate with the brand’s creative vision and principles.
- Track essential performance metrics for social media and content efforts, analyze engagement, and market data to refine strategies.
- Regularly report insights and metrics to senior leadership and continuously optimize campaigns to expand audience reach and engagement.
- Lead real-time content creation during events, store activations, fashion shows, and product launches, ensuring prompt delivery of high-quality and exclusive digital storytelling.
Requirements
- Proven experience in content creation, digital marketing, or social media management within the fashion industry, supported by a robust portfolio.
- In-depth knowledge of digital trends, branding strategies, and consumer engagement in digital spaces.
- Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere Pro), Final Cut Pro, and other content editing software.
- Experience collaborating successfully with photographers, videographers, and production crews to deliver top-quality content.
- Strong understanding of social media algorithms, audience behavior, and emerging digital platforms.
- Demonstrated success in overseeing influencer partnerships and digital collaborations.
- Excellent storytelling and communication abilities, with a strong eye for detail and aesthetic quality.
- Capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects efficiently.
- Flexible and adaptive to evolving industry trends and brand requirements.
- Willingness to work beyond regular hours, including weekends, when necessary.
