Role Overview
The Associate, Instructional Design will play a pivotal role in creating, delivering, assuring quality for, and maintaining e-learning materials relating to Cogstate products and personnel training. The incumbent will transform content supplied by internal subject matter experts into engaging e-learning courses and training materials following adult learning principles, primarily aimed at educating external professionals about Central Nervous System (CNS) assessment methodologies within clinical trials.
Key Duties
- Transform scientific content from internal experts into refined, polished e-learning courses and training resources while adhering to company branding and procedural standards.
- Regularly implement revisions and feedback to enhance courses.
- Ensure high-quality, accurate deliverables within deadlines.
- Conduct peer reviews of courses developed by other designers to maintain quality standards.
- Update training content in alignment with product or patch release cycles.
- Create and edit PowerPoint presentations for both internal and external audiences.
- Stay informed of updates and new features in Articulate Storyline 360, including AI tool capabilities.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience is required.
- Advanced proficiency with Storyline 360 is essential; familiarity with AI tools integrated in the software is preferred.
- Three to five years of experience in e-learning development.

Compensation
The salary for this role ranges from $65,000 to $75,000 USD annually.
