Team and Role Context

The B2B2C Project Intern will report to the Chief Marketing Officer and play an essential role in driving 1GLOBAL's B2B2C business growth. This division supports enterprise partners in launching consumer-forward mobile products powered by 1GLOBAL's connectivity platform. The intern will gain hands-on experience in supporting strategic projects, partner launch execution, and cross-department collaboration with teams including commercial, product, finance, and legal.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate launch activities by liaising with product, commercial, and legal teams to maintain progress on partner projects.
• Identify and address potential obstacles by following up with relevant stakeholders for smooth project execution.
• Conduct business analysis by researching new partner and market opportunities, utilising data insights to support strategic decision-making.
• Assist in monitoring commercial and operational performance through reporting and analysis of business metrics.
• Help document and improve internal processes, converting routine tasks into scalable workflows.
• Collaborate across teams on strategic and operational initiatives while gaining an understanding of the partner launch lifecycle.

Candidate Profile

Essential Qualifications and Skills:

• Pursuing or recently completed Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Project Management, or a related discipline.
• Strong organizational and project management abilities managing multiple priorities with attention to detail.
• Proficient analytical skills with comfort handling data to inform decisions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, able to simplify complex topics into clear and persuasive narratives.
• Adaptable to fast-paced environments with changing priorities.
• Proactive attitude with an ownership mindset to see tasks through completion independently.
• Effective interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
• Instinctive to systematize processes, documenting and improving workflows to increase efficiency and repeatability.
