Back Office Executive

About the Role

Monamaar India is seeking a creative and detail-focused Back Office Executive to join their team in Kolkata, West Bengal. This role is ideal for candidates who possess strong communication abilities, proficient Excel skills, and an enthusiasm for e-commerce, fashion, and digital content creation.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage daily back-office activities and maintain comprehensive product data.
• Create and update Excel spreadsheets, including reports, inventory logs, and sales data analysis.
• Draft compelling and SEO-optimized product descriptions for sarees, blouses, fashion items, and accessories.
• Upload and manage product listings on various e-commerce platforms such as Myntra and others.
• Prepare detailed product listings featuring titles, descriptions, images, sizes, and relevant attributes.
• Utilize AI-based tools to generate product images, edit photographs, and develop creative content.
• Support the creation of Instagram reels, product videos, captions, and social media content.
• Collaborate with the photography and content team to enhance product presentation.
• Ensure high accuracy of product information and maintain timely updates.
• Conduct basic online research and competitive analysis to aid strategy.

Candidate Requirements

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including sorting, filtering, and basic formula use.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Basic understanding of operations on e-commerce platforms.
• A creative mindset with keen interest in fashion-related content.
• Familiarity with AI tools for image and content creation is an advantage.
• Capability to work independently while handling multiple tasks efficiently.
• Graduates or candidates with relevant qualifications are welcome.
• Freshers with requisite skills can apply; preference given to those with e-commerce or fashion marketplace experience.

• Work Location: Monamaar India, Kolkata, West Bengal, India.
• Employment Type: Full-time role.
• Monthly Salary Range: ₹12,000 to ₹14,000.
