Key Responsibilities

• Communicate with importers to collect necessary information for customs clearance processes.
• Manage your individual task queue to ensure timely progression of shipments.
• Coordinate with customers and crucial regulatory bodies such as Customs, Ministry for Primary Industries (MPI), and Medsafe.
• Keep precise records and update internal databases regularly.
• Handle incoming and outgoing telephone calls and email correspondence professionally.
• Support inspection activities, including x-ray procedures and documentation preparation.
• Submit all required paperwork for customs lodgement efficiently.

Qualifications and Skills Required
