Job Overview

This entry-level Business Intelligence Analyst role within Integrated Product Management offers a unique opportunity to collaborate with product owners, business partners, and analytics experts. You'll focus on converting data into actionable business insights that support strategic decision-making. The position includes hands-on work with analytics tools, BI platforms, and enterprise data environments while honing skills in data analysis, requirement gathering, visualization, and stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with product owners, business stakeholders, and team members to address business challenges using data-driven analysis and visual storytelling.
• Design, develop, and implement dashboards and visual reports that deliver meaningful insights.
• Perform data analysis to detect trends, highlight opportunities, and identify areas for improvement, succinctly communicating findings.
• Assist in gathering, documenting, and analyzing both business and technical requirements.
• Evaluate current visualization tools and propose enhancements to optimize user experience and increase business value.
• Conduct research on business and market trends to back analytics and visualization strategies.
• Maintain technical documentation, standards, and process guides supporting ongoing analytics and reporting activities.
• Work alongside cross-functional groups to ensure reporting solutions align with business objectives and quality benchmarks.

• Proficiency in creating and managing technical documentation, reports, and process materials.
• Curiosity-driven research and problem-solving skills, with enthusiasm for learning new technologies and analytical techniques.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, or related discipline.
• Business intelligence experience demonstrated through projects or professional work, with an ability to translate data into impactful dashboards, reports, and presentations.
• Proficiency in SQL for querying and analyzing data.
• Experience using BI and visualization platforms such as Tableau or Power BI.
• Familiarity with contemporary data platforms and concepts like Snowflake, GitHub, cloud-based analytics solutions, and large datasets.
• Exposure to Python or other programming languages supporting analytics and automation is a plus.

• Location requirement: Chicago, IL; Peoria, IL; or Dallas/Irving, TX.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range offered is $89,210 to $133,810 annually, with remuneration subject to individual qualifications, job level, location, and performance. Benefits for eligible participants include medical, dental, vision coverage, paid time off, 401(k) plans, health savings accounts, employee assistance programs, bonus incentives, parental and adoption leave, tuition reimbursement, and voluntary benefits.
