Cleaning Operative

Role Overview

This position requires dedication to maintaining cleanliness at the highest standards in line with management directives. Working hours are Monday through Friday, split into two shifts: 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM and 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness to meet the quality expectations set by management.
• Operate and care for cleaning tools and equipment safely and efficiently.
• Foster positive relationships with clients at the assigned sites.
• Respond promptly and professionally to any client questions or concerns.
• Perform other reasonable tasks as assigned by supervisory staff.

Essential Qualifications and Skills

• Previous experience in manual cleaning roles is required.
• Strong interpersonal communication abilities.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English.
• Capability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Demonstrated reliability and punctuality.
