Key Responsibilities

• Compile technical documents and analyze data to support R&D tax credit claims and applications for government funding in various jurisdictions.
• Advise clients on tax planning strategies, maximizing capital allowances, and securing non-dilutive funding for innovation and sustainability projects.
• Perform research, analyze outcomes, and generate insights to aid in client engagements and deliver strategic recommendations.

Required Skills and Attributes

• Technical and analytical proficiency with qualifications in science, technology, software/data, or engineering, and familiarity with R&D settings.
• Basic accounting and business knowledge with competence in tools like Excel and awareness of emerging technologies such as generative AI.
• Strong research capabilities and effective communication skills to explore complex technical and tax issues and present findings clearly in writing and presentations.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with clients and internal teams within a client-focused, supportive setting.
