Primary Responsibilities

• Identify, assess, and lead strategic partnerships, investments, and business development opportunities aligned with long-term objectives.
• Oversee complete M&A processes including sourcing, due diligence, valuation, deal structuring, negotiations, and integration planning.
• Create financial models, conduct valuation analyses, and evaluate scenarios to inform investment and strategy choices.
• Negotiate and structure sophisticated commercial agreements encompassing strategic alliances, technology partnerships, and joint ventures.
• Build and sustain relationships with executives, industry partners, stakeholders, and strategic entities.
• Perform market research and competitive analysis to spot emerging opportunities, risks, and trends.
• Translate complex data into actionable strategic recommendations for leadership.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Legal, Product, Engineering, and Operations to implement initiatives.
• Prepare high-level presentations and documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
• Contribute to long-term corporate strategy development through data-driven market intelligence.

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree is mandatory; possession of an MBA, JD, or other advanced degree is preferred.
• Minimum of 12 years’ experience in corporate development, private equity, investment banking, strategy consulting, or related fields.
• Proven track record managing complex M&A deals, strategic partnerships, investments, or similar corporate initiatives from start to finish.
• Deep knowledge of financial modeling, valuation techniques, transaction structuring, and investment analysis.
• Preferred background in defense, aerospace, advanced tech sectors, AI, autonomy, robotics, software, or other technology-focused industries.
• Established ability to influence senior leadership and guide strategic decisions under uncertain, high-pressure circumstances.
• Excellent communication skills suitable for conveying complex analyses at executive and board levels.
• Strong skills in negotiation, relationship management, and stakeholder engagement.
• Self-driven and proactive approach with significant ownership and accountability.
• Experience within internal corporate development teams is highly favored.
