CRM Developer / Web Developer with GitHub Skills

The organization is seeking dependable technical professionals who can strengthen its in-house digital setup while also contributing to future client work.

Role overview

This position is suitable for a technically capable person who can contribute either to CRM configuration and customization or to web development, with solid hands-on experience using Git and GitHub. Applicants may come from a CRM background, a web development background, or both.

Core work areas

• Adapt, configure, and improve CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho CRM, Microsoft Dynamics, or comparable tools.
• Set up and manage CRM elements including fields, objects or modules, workflows, automation logic, dashboards, reports, forms, lead capture flows, and user access.
• Support integrations between CRM systems and websites, landing pages, forms, email systems, marketing tools, and external applications.
• Create, refresh, and maintain websites, company profile pages, service pages, landing pages, contact pages, and portfolio pages.
• Work with WordPress, Webflow, Shopify, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, React, or similar technologies depending on project requirements.
• Make sure websites are responsive on mobile devices, fast, secure, search-engine friendly, and visually professional.
• Connect web forms with CRM tools, email platforms, Google Sheets, and automation services.
• Manage GitHub repositories, branches, commits, pull requests, README files, project structure, and technical documentation.
• Improve the company’s GitHub presence by maintaining polished repositories and clear documentation.
• Convert business needs into practical technical tasks and deliver scalable, clean, and well-documented solutions.
• Diagnose and resolve issues related to CRM systems, websites, hosting, plugins, integrations, forms, automation, and deployment.
• Keep documentation updated for CRM configuration, website structure, GitHub repositories, deployment steps, integrations, and technical changes.
• Work closely with the founder on internal technology setup and later client-facing delivery work.
• Share clear progress updates daily or weekly and own tasks from requirement gathering through final delivery.

Candidate profile

The company is looking for someone who is self-motivated, technically strong, dependable, and comfortable working remotely with limited supervision. Practical GitHub experience and a strong sense of ownership are important for every applicant.

Preferred experience and capabilities

• 2 to 8 years of hands-on experience in CRM development, web development, or a related technical role.
• Strong capability in at least one CRM platform such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho CRM, Microsoft Dynamics, or a similar system.
• Alternatively, strong experience in website development using WordPress, Webflow, Shopify, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, React, or similar tools.
• Practical Git and GitHub experience, including repositories, commits, branches, pull requests, README files, and version control.
• Ability to build professional company websites, service pages, landing pages, contact forms, and lead-generation pages.
• Ability to tailor CRM workflows, fields, dashboards, reports, forms, automation, and integrations.
• Working knowledge of responsive design, site speed, SEO fundamentals, hosting, domains, SSL, plugins, and website security.
• Ability to understand business requirements and turn them into clean technical solutions.
• Strong troubleshooting ability and independent problem-solving skills.
• Good communication skills and the ability to document work clearly.
• Comfort with remote work from India and some overlap with U.S. Central Time.
• Preference for candidates who can share a GitHub profile, website portfolio, CRM project examples, code samples, or other prior technical work.

Nice-to-have experience

• Salesforce Admin or Salesforce Developer background.
• Experience with Salesforce Flow, Apex, Lightning pages, validation rules, reports, dashboards, and user setup.
• Experience with WordPress builders such as Elementor, Divi, Gutenberg, or custom themes.
• Exposure to APIs, Zapier, Make, n8n, or workflow automation tools.
• Experience with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEO tools, and website performance tuning.
• Basic UI/UX awareness using Canva, Figma, or similar tools.
• Experience creating technical documentation, SOPs, setup guides, and client-facing solution notes.
