- Take part in the review and coordination of updates to data vocabularies, policies, and standards across federal systems.
- Support enterprise data integration work involving relational databases, data warehousing, and structured data models.
Requirements
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in data analysis, data governance, or a similar technical/data-oriented role in complex enterprise settings.
- Strong background in supporting data standards, policy review, and coordination of data elements within large organizations or government environments.
- Solid working knowledge of data management tools and standards such as SQL, XML, XSD, metadata registries, and data dictionaries.
- Practical experience with enterprise data practices such as Master Data Management, data warehousing, and data integration.
- Familiarity with enterprise architecture and defense data standards, including ASC X12 and associated frameworks.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting ability, with skill in interpreting detailed data structures and requirements.
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills, especially for documenting technical data standards.
- Must already hold, or be eligible for, an IT-II Non-Critical Sensitive security clearance (Tier 3).
- Prior experience representing organizational interests in data standards governance forums is strongly preferred.
Benefits
- Annual compensation is listed at $95,000 to $140,000.
- Medical, dental, and vision coverage, with PPO and HSA plan options.
- Health Savings Account and Flexible Spending Account options.
- 401(k) plan with employer match and a Roth option.
