Key Responsibilities

• Create visually captivating, high-performing email campaigns and templates.
• Manage the entire email design lifecycle from ideation and wireframing to producing final assets ready for development.
• Maintain and enhance the email design system within Figma by establishing standards and scalable components.
• Convert briefs into clear and consistent on-brand creative solutions.
• Work alongside CRM, marketing, and technical teams to facilitate smooth implementation.
• Assist with A/B testing and optimization efforts using performance analytics to continuously improve results.
• Ensure all email designs are responsive, accessible, and function seamlessly across multiple devices and email clients.
• Keep abreast of emerging trends, tools, and best practices in email design.

Candidate Profile

• Proven experience designing quality email and CRM creatives in marketing or digital settings.
• Advanced proficiency with Figma, especially in managing design systems and reusable templates.
• Practical knowledge of responsive email design suitable for various devices and screen sizes.
• Strong understanding of email marketing guidelines, including accessibility and deliverability standards.
• Familiarity with HTML and CSS as used in email development and implementation.
• Meticulous attention to detail with dedication to top-tier design craftsmanship.
• Confident communicator capable of partnering with stakeholders and effectively presenting concepts.
• A proactive and solution-oriented approach capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment.
• A portfolio demonstrating superior email design skills and measurable effectiveness.
