Elearning Specialist

Role Overview

Join a reputable insurance company based in Bristol as an eLearning Specialist within their Learning and Development (L&D) team. You will be responsible for creating and updating eLearning modules designed to enhance both internal staff and external partners' product understanding and technical capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

You will manage the end-to-end creation of engaging digital training content, including asset development, audio and video editing. Collaboration is essential as you will work closely with L&D consultants and subject matter experts to develop effective learning experiences. Additionally, you will share accountability for the LMS platform, ensuring smooth operation, executing upgrades, managing content and users, generating usage reports, and resolving user issues.

Required Qualifications and Skills

The ideal candidate will have expert-level experience with Articulate 360/Storyline and RISE. An understanding of instructional design methodologies and adult learning principles is critical. You must be adept at managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high-quality outputs. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite for multimedia and graphic tasks is necessary. Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities are essential for success. Ability to work efficiently under pressure is also required.
