Electrical Engineer

Role Summary

We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Electrical Engineer to design, develop, test, and enhance electrical systems and components, driving innovative engineering outcomes. This role involves applying foundational electrical engineering knowledge to develop robust, efficient, and high-quality designs while working collaboratively with diverse teams to meet project goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Create electrical schematics and perform detailed circuit analyses.
• Select suitable electrical components and support the end-to-end product development lifecycle from concept to execution.
• Contribute to system architecture, hardware design, and testing procedures.
• Engage in troubleshooting and continuous improvement activities to enhance product performance and reliability.
• Interpret technical specifications and prepare detailed engineering documents.
• Conduct electrical calculations and assess design performances ensuring compliance with industry standards.
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary engineers, production teams, suppliers, and stakeholders for design and process optimization.
• Identify technical issues proactively and propose innovative solutions to support advanced electrical technology development.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Electrical and Electronic Engineering, or a closely related field.
• Comprehensive understanding of electrical engineering principles, including circuit theory, power and control systems, and electronic components.
• Proficiency in reading, interpreting, and creating electrical schematics, technical drawings, and documentation.
• Experience with electrical design principles, testing methodologies, troubleshooting, and system validation.
• Familiarity with engineering software, simulation tools, and design platforms relevant to electrical analysis and development.
• Knowledge of hardware development lifecycle, component selection, and electrical system integration.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with attention to detail and quality standards.
• Effective communication skills for clear technical discussions and team collaboration.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and adapt to evolving technical requirements.
