Position Overview
We are looking for an entry-level Product Analyst to join our team at our Carmel, Indiana headquarters. This role supports the Directors of Product Management in gathering and defining product requirements and user stories. The position involves collaboration with multiple teams throughout product development, exposure to Agile workflows, and stakeholder coordination. The role is fully on-site with flexibility to balance work and personal life. Candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship. Accuracy in application details is mandatory.
Responsibilities
- Work alongside Directors of Product Management to consolidate stakeholder feedback into detailed functional and non-functional requirements.
- Translate business objectives into user stories and define acceptance criteria.
- Support product validation, testing processes, and user acceptance testing activities.
- Engage actively in Agile ceremonies such as backlog grooming, sprint reviews, release planning, and daily standups.
- Evaluate the impact of proposed changes on project timelines and releases.
- Participate in shaping the product roadmap and communicate progress to stakeholders.
- Track product development status and identify potential risks.
- Ensure product documentation is maintained and up to date throughout development phases.
Qualifications
- 1-2 years experience within the Software Development Life Cycle.
- Excellent collaboration, organizational, and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Eagerness to learn and thrive in a cooperative team environment.
Preferred Experience
- Familiarity with Jira Atlassian, Confluence, or similar Agile project management tools.
- 1-2 years experience specifically as a Product Analyst or in a related capacity.
- Background or knowledge of healthcare industry terminology.
- Understanding of Agile methodologies and project management principles.
- An interest in healthcare sector developments.
