Key Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise the efficient day-to-day operation and upkeep of facilities within the cluster.
• Coordinate with multiple stakeholders including Cluster lead, internal departments, vendors, and contractors to maintain high-quality service delivery.
• Oversee budget allocation and expenditure for facility management activities.
• Develop and implement proactive maintenance programs to ensure facility functionality and safety.
• Contribute to development projects and improvement initiatives within the facility operations scope.
• Lead and manage the facility team, ensuring commitment to service excellence and performance standards.
