Founder's Assistant

About the Role

Join a dynamic team supporting a highly accomplished British entrepreneur based in Dubai. As the Founder's Assistant, you will play a critical role in multiple fast-growing ventures across fintech, proptech, wealth management, AI, and precious metals. This position involves extensive international travel throughout Europe, EMEA, and North America, staying in premium accommodations. Duties range from developing AI-driven websites and financial models to researching investments, liaising with key stakeholders, and assisting with the launch of stealth startups.

Primary Responsibilities

• Provide trusted and comprehensive business and occasional personal support directly to the founder.
• Participate in frequent international travel with the entrepreneur and team.
• Manage complex diaries, prioritize tasks, and coordinate projects efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Communicate and collaborate with investors, senior leadership, legal professionals, accountants, and family offices.
• Create websites, marketing content, and financial models by leveraging advanced AI tools.
• Conduct thorough research on investment opportunities and assist in executing ideas swiftly.
• Maintain strict confidentiality handling sensitive and private information.

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Finance, Business, Economics, Marketing, or Technology.
• 3 to 5 years of professional experience in entrepreneurial, consulting, or similarly fast-paced business settings.
• Technologically proficient with AI tools including ChatGPT and Claude, as well as productivity platforms.
• Knowledge of user-generated content and influencer marketing is a strong advantage.
• Demonstrated strong commercial insight and numerical aptitude.
• Exceptional organizational skills, adaptability, and resilience in unstructured environments.
• Eligible for international travel without restrictions.
• Native English speaker with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Additional Information

Accommodation during travel will be arranged; however, lodging in Dubai is not included. The monthly salary ranges between AED 16,000 and AED 18,000, supplemented by bonuses and an annual flight home. All travel expenses are covered.
