Become an integral part of GENZ4GTM as a Founders Associate, engaging in a vibrant startup dedicated to revolutionizing staffing and recruiting for go-to-market roles. The company focuses on matching motivated Gen Z individuals with organizations that value mindset beyond conventional resumes. This role offers close collaboration with the founders, providing broad exposure to business operations and a significant opportunity to influence the company’s strategic direction.
Key Responsibilities
- Work directly with the founder to implement strategic plans that fuel company growth.
- Help design and apply recruitment strategies specifically tailored for Generation Z candidates.
- Perform detailed market research to uncover trends and opportunities in the staffing and recruiting sectors.
- Assist in managing client relationships and expanding networks within go-to-market teams.
- Contribute to developing and optimizing operational workflows to increase overall efficiency and effectiveness.
Candidate Requirements
- Possess a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a similar discipline, or have equivalent practical experience.
- Genuine enthusiasm for staffing and recruiting with a focus on connecting Gen Z talent to sales and marketing roles.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to interact proficiently with diverse candidates and teams.
- Capability to work autonomously in a dynamic startup environment, showing adaptability and flexibility.
- Familiarity with digital recruitment tools and collaboration platforms is essential.
