Role Overview

We seek a resourceful, proactive, and adaptable professional to collaborate closely with our founding team. This position offers multifaceted exposure across product innovation, AI technology, business development, operations, and startup management within one of the fastest-growing AI real estate ventures.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and suggest enhancements for new product functionalities.
• Refine product workflows and enhance the overall user experience.
• Conduct detailed market and competitor analyses.
• Utilize AI tools daily to boost efficiency and automate tasks.
• Engage in client meetings, documenting key takeaways.
• Develop presentations, proposals, and business documentation.
• Assist in customer onboarding and product demonstrations.
• Manage coordination with partners and enterprise clients.
• Support and streamline sales operations including KPI tracking and weekly reporting.
• Enhance sales procedures and internal processes.
• Facilitate cross-functional projects and ensure follow-up on critical actions.
• Handle daily business operations and spearhead novel initiatives.

Candidate Requirements

• Educational background in Architecture, Urban Planning, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related fields.
• Preferably 1 to 5 years’ experience in architecture, construction, planning, real estate, or similar sectors.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in preparing reports, presentations, and engaging with clients and teams.
• Regular and competent use of AI-driven tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, and Gemini.
• Strong enthusiasm for AI, automation, and enhancing productivity.
• Quick adaptability to new technologies and a keen interest in AI-native workflows and Vibe Coding.
• Highly organized, detail-focused, proactive, and capable of handling multiple responsibilities in a dynamic startup environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Vibe Coding tools like Cursor, Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Lovable, Bolt, Replit, or similar.
• Background in product management or roles interfacing with customers.
• Familiarity with GIS, zoning, planning, or assessing development feasibility.
• Previous startup involvement.
• Public speaking or strong presentation skills.

Compensation and Benefits

• Annual salary of SGD 60000.
