Role Overview
The Inside Sales Agent will handle the full sales cycle, including identifying potential clients, presenting Ignis's offerings, and closing deals. Regular duties include executing both outbound and inbound outreach, accurately determining customer needs, customizing proposals accordingly, negotiating contract terms, and securing agreements. This role also requires maintaining ongoing client relationships post-sale, relaying customer feedback to the creative and strategy teams, and documenting communication within internal systems.

This is a full-time position performed entirely remotely. Candidates need a reliable internet connection and must have their own computing devices to work effectively.
Qualifications and Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities to interact effectively with diverse customer groups, understand their requirements, and clearly articulate solutions.
- Proven sales aptitude along with foundational knowledge of insurance products or related services, capable of negotiating agreements, meeting sales goals, and clarifying commercial conditions.
- Experience or willingness to engage in training activities to support the ongoing growth and skill development of the sales team.
- Prior involvement with digital agencies or service-oriented companies is advantageous.
- Competency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong organizational capabilities, a goal-driven approach, and the ability to collaborate well within a team environment.
