What you will do

• Work alongside sales and consulting colleagues to produce reliable customer analytics and geospatial insight products.
• Use Python and SQL to examine datasets, uncover trends and patterns, and surface meaningful business takeaways.
• Contribute to reports, dashboards, and visual presentations that support better decision-making.
• Communicate insights clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences through effective data storytelling.
• Help preserve data integrity, support workflows, and maintain spatial or customer-related datasets.

Experience and skills needed

• Previous commercial experience in a data analyst role, with solid working knowledge of Python, SQL, and Excel for queries and analysis.
• Strong communication abilities, including the confidence to set expectations and explain findings to people without technical backgrounds.
• Hands-on experience with data visualization tools used to create easy-to-understand dashboards and reports.
• A thoughtful, analytical approach to problem-solving, plus a genuine interest in learning and collaborating with others.
• Experience with geospatial data modelling or mapping tools such as Esri or ArcGIS would be a plus, though it is not required.
