Job Overview

Magar and Associates is seeking a meticulous and analytical Internal Auditor responsible for examining financial records, internal controls, and operational processes. This role welcomes fresh graduates who possess a solid foundation in accounting and auditing concepts and demonstrate strong analytical skills.

Key Duties

• Perform audits on financial statements and business workflows.
• Verify accounting entries, invoices, expenditures, and related financial documentation.
• Ensure adherence to organizational policies and internal control standards.
• Detect discrepancies in finances, identify process inefficiencies, and assess risks.
• Compile audit reports and maintain detailed records of findings.
• Suggest enhancements to improve internal controls and procedures.
• Support the review of financial statements and books.
• Maintain thorough audit documentation and evidence.
• Collaborate effectively with accounting and other departments during audits.
• Ensure compliance with established accounting and auditing protocols.

Candidate Requirements

• Graduation degree (B.Com, M.Com, CA, CS, ICWA (CMA), or Master's preferred).
• Open to candidates without prior work experience.
• Basic proficiency in English communication.
• Knowledge of auditing and accounting processes.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.
• Ability to prepare comprehensive reports.

Shift & Compensation

This is a full-time day shift position offering a fixed monthly salary ranging from ₹25,000 to ₹40,000 with no incentive compensation.
