IT Logistics Support

Job Overview and Profile Requirements

This position requires an individual with vocational training in Supply, Logistics, or Supply Chain Management at an advanced level, or a diploma equivalent to secondary education, accompanied by at least five years of relevant experience. The candidate will be responsible for managing orders and inventories through asset management databases such as Oracle and providing administrative assistance involving verification, recording, and processing of various documents.

Key Responsibilities and Skills

• Manage and maintain asset databases accurately, including processing incoming and outgoing assets.
• Utilize IT Service Management (ITSM) ticketing systems to monitor and handle incoming service requests efficiently.
• Apply relevant asset management tools to record and process assets.
• Provide administrative support for compiling, verifying, recording, and processing forms and documentation.

Preferred and Additional Knowledge

• Experience working in NATO and NCI Agency settings or similar international military and civilian environments.
• Familiarity with NATO logistics regulations.
• Basic understanding of IT hardware components.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Language Requirement

Fluency in both written and spoken English is mandatory.
