About the Role
Join Gallup as an IT Support Specialist, providing essential technology assistance to associates and clients. You will act as a dependable technology liaison at the Singapore office, also extending support across APAC locations as needed. Your role involves delivering exceptional end-user support, managing workplace technology, and ensuring seamless operation of meeting and conference room equipment to facilitate smooth events, client meetings, and classes.
Key Responsibilities
- Offer prompt walk-up, deskside, and remote tech support to Gallup associates, visitors, and clients.
- Diagnose and fix hardware, software, account, and Microsoft 365 issues primarily on Windows platforms while supporting Apple devices when required.
- Prepare new associates’ technology including device setup, account creation, and asset tracking.
- Maintain office technology assets such as audio-visual equipment, printers, and network infrastructure including routers, switches, and wireless access points.
- Manage conference room technology and multimedia platforms ensuring flawless execution of meetings and events.
- Anticipate user needs to proactively eliminate obstacles to productivity.
- Monitor and escalate technical issues, collaborating with global IT teams to ensure timely solutions.
- Accurately document support activities within Gallup’s IT service management system and continually refine support processes and user experience.
- Provide early shift support for global ticket queues, assist APAC offices with tech needs, and coordinate with Gallup’s US-based technology team when needed.

Requirements
- Relevant IT certification, diploma, bachelor’s degree in IT or related experience.
- Minimum two years professional experience providing on-site or remote technical support.
- Experience with Windows and Mac OS, Microsoft 365, laptops, mobile devices, and standard business applications.
- Hands-on knowledge of meeting room technology, Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and other conferencing tools.
- Familiarity with IT service management systems; experience with ServiceNow preferred.
- Microsoft or equivalent IT certifications preferred.
- Experience using AI productivity and troubleshooting tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or Copilot is advantageous.
- Availability to work on-site in Singapore at least four days weekly.
- Must have legal eligibility to work in Singapore; visa sponsorship is not provided.
