About Us

Radprax Krankenhaus Plettenberg, part of the Quartz Healthcare Group, operates as a key healthcare provider in the region with approximately 450 dedicated staff. This hospital offers 129 beds and specialized departments including Internal Medicine, General Surgery, Trauma/Orthopedics, Anesthesia, and features a central emergency room with a helicopter landing site. The organization also encompasses a senior care center, a therapy center, and a service company.

Role Overview

We are seeking a Junior System Administrator to join our IT team full-time (38.5 hours per week) to ensure smooth operation of our clinical IT environments with support from experienced colleagues.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage Windows clients and servers, as well as Hyper-V virtual environments.
• Handle client management tasks using Baramundi UEM software.
• Provide 1st and 2nd level technical support for employees across the hospital, senior center, and therapy center.
• Assist with medical application support, including systems such as Mesalvo ClinicCentre/Meona, VISUS JiveX, THEORG, and Vivendi.
• Participate in IT projects, including deployment of new applications, system migrations, and clinic process improvements.
• Engage in IT on-call service with extra compensation.

Qualifications and Skills

• Completed training as an IT specialist in system integration or equivalent qualification.
• Open to beginners or those with prior practical experience.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and customer-focused mindset.
• Team player with openness and enthusiasm to collaborate across departments.
• Proficient in German (minimum C1 level) and good English language skills.
