Role overview
The Labourer will handle day-to-day site housekeeping across development locations and support the site production team in keeping operations running smoothly.
Key duties
- Open and secure storage containers and plots as needed.
- Carry out general site preparation and housekeeping.
- Clean welfare facilities on site.
- Unload deliveries and store materials appropriately.
- Support the site team and specialist trades with practical assistance.
- Keep walkways clear and help with traffic management on site.
Experience and requirements
- A valid CSCS card is required.
- You should be self-driven and able to communicate well.
- A strong standard of workmanship is expected.
- A full, clean driving licence is needed, as travel between construction sites will be required.
- You must have good safety awareness.
- The role requires the ability to work well as part of a team.
