Role Overview

This position is a full-time, on-site Learning Support Assistant role, requiring Arabic language proficiency, based in Abu Dhabi. The incumbent will engage closely with children in both educational and developmental contexts by offering tailored support, reinforcing learning goals, and aiding in classroom and therapeutic activities under guidance.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the execution of lessons under supervision of educators and specialists.
• Support implementation of behavior management techniques and promote positive social interaction.
• Prepare and organize learning resources and materials.
• Maintain a secure and supportive environment that aligns with safeguarding and inclusion protocols.
• Work collaboratively with families and multidisciplinary teams to enhance child development and learning outcomes.

Qualifications and Skills

• Strong abilities in supporting lesson delivery and individualized educational support.
• Knowledge and adherence to child safeguarding and protection standards.
• Excellent communication skills, with fluency in Arabic and good command of English.
• Prior experience with children in special needs, educational, or developmental support settings favored.
• Educational background in Education, Special Education, Psychology, or related disciplines preferred.
• Ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams and follow professional instruction.
• Demonstrates patience, cultural awareness, and a dedication to inclusive practices.
