MIS Executive

Role overview

NoBroker is hiring an MIS Executive to support the Investment Advisory function with reporting, analysis, and database upkeep. The position focuses on turning raw business and client data into accurate, timely insights that help teams monitor performance and spot trends.

Key responsibilities

• Compile and update daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for the Investment Advisory team.
• Review sales performance, client information, and investment-related metrics to identify patterns and changes.
• Maintain high standards of accuracy, consistency, and on-time delivery across all reporting outputs.
• Create reports and dashboards using Excel and internal reporting systems.
• Assist with extracting, checking, and reconciling data from multiple sources.
• Keep client and transaction records current and well organized.
• Support performance tracking and trend analysis for the team.
• Work with Sales, Operations, and Management to gather the required data inputs.
• Spot data mismatches and help drive corrections and workflow improvements.

Preferred profile

• 2 to 4 years of experience in MIS, data reporting, or operations.
• Comfortable working with MS Excel, including VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and formulas.
• Working knowledge of data analysis and reporting practices.
• Strong eye for detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
