Operation Supervisor

Job Overview

The role involves overseeing operations on offshore artificial islands while ensuring high standards of safety, quality, and environmental compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations and lifting activities on offshore artificial islands.
• Maintain outstanding operational and safety standards at all times.
• Ensure compliance with Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental (QHSE) policies.
• Exhibit strong leadership in all health, safety, environment, and quality (HSEQ) areas.
• Investigate and report accidents, incidents, and near misses promptly.
• Engage in daily safety toolbox talks and participate in regular safety meetings and initiatives.
• Monitor operational procedures adherence and report any changes.
• Liaise with clients and subcontractors to guarantee efficient and safe operations.
• Supervise and monitor teams ensuring compliance with company procedures.
• Identify staff development opportunities and support career growth.
• Prepare and submit all required operational reports punctually.
• Ensure projects align with client requirements and deadlines.
• Perform other relevant duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Skills

• Graduation or secondary education combined with substantial relevant work experience.
• Understanding and commitment to core company values: safety first, collaboration, innovation, and customer focus.
• Strong communication and organizational abilities.
• Thorough knowledge of company products.
• Willingness to work rotational shifts at remote offshore locations.
• Flexible approach to assigned tasks.
• Ability to prioritize workload and work effectively under pressure within strict deadlines.
• Proven ownership and accountability for responsibilities.
• Adaptable to operational changes in a dynamic and diverse environment.
• Capable of motivating and managing a team effectively.
• Fluent in both written and spoken English.
• HSE certification such as IOSH or equivalent.
• Demonstrated supervisory and leadership experience.

Additional Information

• Salary offered: 10200 AED per month.
• Work schedule: 45 days on rotation followed by 21 days off.
