About the Role

A leading technology services firm is seeking a seasoned Pega Developer based in Kolkata with over 10 years of experience to design and implement decision strategy framework solutions leveraging Pega platforms version 8.x. The position involves virtual interviews for hiring.

Key Responsibilities

• Designing and executing decision strategy frameworks on Pega 8.x platforms.
• Developing components such as Strategy, Proposition, Offer flows, Data Flows, Treatment plans, When Rules, as well as adaptive, predictive, or scorecard models, volume constraints, and reports within Pega Marketing 8.x.
• Participating in development efforts using Pega NBA Designer.
• Managing campaign strategies in alignment with Pega Marketing and Decisioning certifications and applying knowledge of campaign management tools and processes.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Possession of Pega Marketing and Decisioning certifications, including Pega Certified Decisioning Consultant.
• Strong communication skills for effective coordination and collaboration.
• Minimum of 15 years of formal education (including secondary and graduation levels).
• Graduate or post-graduate academic degree.
