Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced and driven Practice Manager to lead our Karratha clinic on a full-time basis, working roughly 38 flexible hours weekly. This position involves overseeing daily clinic operations, supporting strategic growth objectives, maintaining operational excellence, and ensuring superior patient care. Reporting to the Business Manager, you will be instrumental in the smooth functioning and continued success of our practice.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations to ensure efficient clinic performance
- Coordinate effectively with doctors and healthcare staff
- Lead and mentor administrative and nursing personnel
- Handle budgeting, financial oversight, accounts, and IT systems management
- Provide outstanding patient service and communication
- Promote business development, particularly in Occupational Health services
- Identify and implement opportunities for clinic growth and continuous improvements
Candidate Profile
- Proven experience in a Practice Manager role or similar
- Background in General Practice or Occupational Health is highly advantageous
- Strong leadership and staff management capabilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Focused on customer service excellence
- Proficient with computer and administrative tasks
- Familiarity with medical software is beneficial but not mandatory
- Valid CPR certification is required
