About the Role
Join Pinnacle Health's Waikato team as a Programme Support professional, where you will be integral to the facilitation and support of multiple primary healthcare programmes and services across the region.
This position provides critical coordination, operational assistance, data oversight, and engagement with stakeholders to ensure the delivery of high-quality and accessible integrated health services to patients, their families, healthcare providers, and local communities.
You will serve as a central coordinator supporting general practices, contracted healthcare providers, and clinical teams by managing programme administration tasks, claims handling, reporting duties, and communication workflows.
Responsibilities include managing programme-related databases and reporting platforms, facilitating provider onboarding, monitoring ongoing programme compliance requirements, assisting with contractual reporting responsibilities, and contributing initiatives towards continuous service enhancement and improved health outcomes.

Candidate Profile
- Previous experience in administration and/or customer service roles.
- Familiarity with multiple digital platforms including databases and reporting tools.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications: Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent organizational capabilities with strong accuracy and attention to detail.
- Effective verbal and written communication talents.
- Professionalism with a customer-centered approach and strong interpersonal skills.
- Capability to handle confidential and sensitive information responsibly.
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills and the ability to take initiative.
- Experience in community or primary healthcare settings is advantageous.
- Knowledge of patient management systems like MedTech or Indici is preferred.
- Understanding of and respect for Te Tiriti o Waitangi.
- Possession of a current full New Zealand driver's license.

Additional Information
This is a fixed-term contract lasting 12 months.
