Project Manager

Overview

This role involves supporting the planning and execution of HR integration projects by managing updates in Planisware and coordinating with key stakeholders. The Project Manager is accountable for maintaining current project schedules, tracking milestones and dependencies, and ensuring that HR activities are properly reflected for comprehensive reporting and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the HR team and Ricardo in day-to-day management, data accuracy, and upkeep of Planisware.
• Keep project schedules, milestones, dependencies, and progress updated specifically for HR integration streams.
• Collaborate with project managers, HR personnel, and cross-functional partners to collect status updates and verify timelines.
• Monitor action items, risks, issues, and blockers and document/escalate those needing attention.
• Generate and maintain clear status reports, meeting minutes, and follow-up trackers related to HR projects.
• Ensure HR deliverables align with overarching program milestones, including country or fiscal year-based deadlines where relevant.
• Verify that Planisware reflects current priorities, dependencies, and required reporting accurately.
• Support coordination of meetings, communications with stakeholders, and documentation of project decisions.
• Contribute to continuous improvement efforts in project tracking tools, templates, and reporting standards.
