Luca Faloni is a luxury menswear brand committed to meticulous craftsmanship, premium materials, and timeless style. As the company expands its global presence, it seeks a Public Relations Coordinator to assist in executing brand communications, event initiatives, and campaigns.
Role Overview
The PR Coordinator will play an integral role in executing the brand’s PR strategy by organizing campaigns, coordinating launches, managing events, and maintaining strong collaboration with other departments. Reporting to the PR Management team, this dynamic position involves handling multiple projects simultaneously and supporting various marketing and communications efforts to enhance the brand’s market presence.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and coordinating seasonal campaigns, brand launches, events, and activations.
- Organize events and manage schedules, timelines, and deliverables related to PR and marketing initiatives.
- Prepare presentation materials, briefing documents, and collateral needed for campaigns and events.
- Coordinate logistics including campaign assets, products, and content production activities such as photoshoots.
- Liaise effectively with internal teams, external agencies, suppliers, and partners to ensure timely project completion.
- Support post-event and post-campaign analysis, reporting, and follow-up activities.
- Oversee PR activities including coordinating with agencies, preparing press releases, managing media inquiries, and maintaining media contacts and databases.
- Monitor press coverage and compile regular media reports.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Brand, Creative, Social Media, Graphic Design, and Performance Marketing departments to maintain consistent messaging across channels.
- Provide flexible operational support to various brand and PR projects as required.
Candidate Profile
- Previous experience in PR, communications, event coordination, or brand marketing roles.
- Experience in luxury, premium fashion, lifestyle, or design-focused brands is a plus.
- Exceptional organizational abilities and capacity to handle multiple deadlines efficiently.
- Proactive and hands-on attitude with a willingness to contribute to diverse brand initiatives.
- Strong written and verbal communication aptitude.
- High attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
- Confidence in managing agency and supplier relationships.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to build and maintain stakeholder relationships.
- Ability to thrive in a vibrant, fast-paced, and collaborative workplace.
- Interest and enthusiasm for luxury fashion, craftsmanship, and high-end brands.
- Prior experience supporting campaigns or events is highly desirable.
Working Arrangement
- Location: Kensington, London
- Hybrid working model with remote Fridays.
- Flexible daily start times between 8:00 and 10:00 am and up to two hours break, finishing from 5:00 pm based on schedule.
