Job Overview

We are seeking a second Recruiter to join our team supporting staffing demands in the Tri-County California area. Initially based in our Solvang office, the role will transition to our new location in Nipomo. This position demands creating strategic recruitment approaches to identify and attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates.

Responsibilities

• Manage full talent acquisition cycle including posting jobs, sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating interviews with hiring teams, and communicating feedback to applicants.
• Develop and implement recruiting strategies in collaboration with leadership to meet organizational hiring needs, including drafting job descriptions and facilitating candidate lifecycle management.
• Handle administrative tasks such as interview scheduling, preparing questions, participating in job fairs and recruiting events, and other duties as assigned.

Candidate Requirements

• A minimum of five years direct experience managing all phases of the recruitment process.
• Demonstrated proactive sourcing techniques and strong initiative.
• Outstanding time management skills with a proven record of meeting deadlines independently.
• Strong social, leadership, and negotiation skills combined with excellent organizational abilities.
