Research Assistant

Overview

We are seeking a motivated and meticulous Research Assistant at the entry to junior level to contribute to various research initiatives encompassing business, academic, scientific, and industrial domains. Responsibilities

• Assist in managing research projects from initial planning and data collection stages through analysis and final reporting.

• Organize, clean, and maintain datasets comprising both quantitative and qualitative information.
• Conduct literature reviews, competitive analyses, and industry research as necessary.
• Support the creation of research tools such as surveys, questionnaires, interviews, and focus groups.
• Analyze collected data to reveal meaningful trends, connections, and insights.
• Contribute to data entry, statistical processing, data verification, and quality assurance processes.
• Compile research findings into well-structured reports, summaries, presentations, and visual data displays like charts and tables.
• Ensure research documentation, databases, references, and project files are accurate and up-to-date.
• Assist senior researchers with project planning, administrative tasks, and documentation.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external experts to align research objectives and methodologies.
• Adhere to all relevant protocols regarding ethical standards, confidentiality, and data protection throughout research activities.
• Monitor project timelines, milestones, and deliverable submissions to maintain schedule adherence.

Requirements

• Demonstrated enthusiasm for research, data analysis, information synthesis, and solving complex problems.
• Strong research skills with an ability to discern credible and pertinent information sources.
• Understanding of both quantitative and qualitative research methodologies is preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
