Role Overview
The company is hiring a motivated, self-disciplined and confident Sales Development Representative to help drive client growth in Singapore. This is an entry-level opportunity focused on building pipeline and opening conversations with potential customers.
Key Duties
- Find new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, referrals, event networking and similar channels.
- Reach out to target prospects by making cold calls and introducing Truescope’s products and services.
- Research markets, sectors and potential clients to identify suitable prospects that match the company’s target audience, using social media and online platforms as needed.
- Keep CRM records accurate, current and complete, including lead activity and interaction details.
- Communicate the company’s value clearly in calls and follow-up conversations.
Qualifications and Fit
- A minimum of a Diploma or an equivalent qualification is required.
- Recent graduates and candidates with no prior experience are encouraged to apply.
- You should be comfortable using different communication channels and adapting to changing situations.
- Ability to work well on your own as well as collaboratively in a team is important.
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities are expected.
- The role suits someone who is results-focused, driven and proactive.
- Presentation ability, both visual and verbal, will be considered an advantage.
- Comfort with presenting over video conferencing tools such as Zoom, Skype, WebEx and Teams is helpful.
