Salesforce Architect

About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Salesforce Architect with over 12 years of proven experience to design and implement robust Salesforce solutions across diverse domains. This role requires proficiency in architecting Salesforce environments and hands-on involvement in multiple implementation projects, primarily working with Sales, Service, and Experience Clouds or on the Force.com platform. The position is based in Pune with hybrid work flexibility, including other major cities in India such as Chennai, Mumbai, Bangalore, Ahmedabad, Coimbatore, and Noida. Candidates should be ready to join immediately or within a 30-day notice period.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect and strategize Salesforce solutions, ensuring alignment with client requirements and organizational standards.
• Design technical solutions utilizing Salesforce Lightning platform's declarative tools, including Workflow Rules, Process Builder, Visual Flows, and Lightning App Builder.
• Develop and maintain Salesforce configurations such as email templates, alerts, custom settings, permission sets, sharing rules, object layouts, and reports to ensure security and usability.
• Engage extensively in Salesforce development with Apex, SOQL, VisualForce, Aura components, and Lightning Web Components.
• Interpret existing architectures, draft detailed technical specifications, and enforce best practices throughout delivery.
• Collaborate using CI/CD and DevOps tools like GitHub, Gearset, Copado, AutoRabit, BitBucket, Jenkins, RLM, SonarCube, and Artifactory to streamline deployment processes.
• Develop and maintain integrations by writing REST and SOAP APIs.
• Preferably manage large-scale data migration projects involving vast volumes of data.

Candidate Profile

• Holds multiple Salesforce certifications demonstrating a high level of expertise.
• Exceptional knowledge of Salesforce technical architecture and implementation methodologies.
• Experienced in Salesforce cloud platforms including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
• Proficient in continuous integration and deployment processes using various DevOps tools.
• Strong background in API development and large data migration scenarios.
• Must be a graduate, eligible to apply.
