Role Overview

This permanent position is located in Wellington within our Technology Collections team, responsible for managing Salesforce and survey collection systems. The role supports Salesforce-based solutions vital for workforce and survey management, case handling, and CRM, serving about half of our employees. As a Senior Salesforce Developer, you will engage in complex Salesforce projects within an Agile dev-ops team, contributing to feature releases and platform enhancements. The role requires balancing strong technical expertise with a functional understanding to create user-friendly and effective Salesforce solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Fix platform issues, implement enhancements, and manage deployment within the Salesforce environment.
• Support service delivery using Salesforce features such as Service Cloud, Omni-Channel, and Field Service.
• Collaborate with customers and team members to maximize Salesforce value and functionality.

Candidate Profile

• Possess Salesforce developer experience with minimum certifications in Admin and App Builder.
• Demonstrate functional and technical skills supporting Salesforce Orgs in relevant cloud services.
• Work effectively under pressure and deadlines while maintaining strong attention to detail and quality.
• Exhibit excellent communication and relationship-building capabilities.
• Show a willingness to engage with and grow in diversity, equity, inclusion, and cultural capability.
