Senior Full Stack Developer

Overview

Join finway as a Senior Full Stack Developer and take full ownership of product features. You will not just handle tickets but collaborate closely with product teams to design, develop, scale, and sustain impactful solutions for our FinTech platform in a dynamic and ambitious environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, deploy, and maintain new features end-to-end across both backend and frontend systems.
• Engage in all stages of development—from concept and research through to third-level support and ongoing maintenance.
• Translate complex requirements into actionable user stories.
• Ensure rigorous standards for testing, coding, and code review with a major focus on scalability.

Candidate Profile

• Minimum 5 years of full-stack web engineering experience with proven expertise in building and scaling RESTful APIs.
• At least 3 years working professionally with TypeScript, Node.js, and React.
• Strong grasp of software architecture and design patterns.
• Advanced experience with MongoDB including schema design, query optimization, and scaling aggregations; the platform is document-database based without relational databases.
• Proven ability in AI and automation engineering, integrating predictive models into active backend systems, managing data pipelines, confidence thresholds, and efficient AI task handling beyond basic large language model APIs.
• Fluency with AI-assisted development tools such as Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or Claude Code to improve productivity without compromising code quality or security.
• Highly self-driven and dependable, thriving in a fast-paced setting, eager to influence product strategy.
• Additional advantages include prior experience in FinTech or B2B SaaS, mobile development with React Native, and familiarity with UI component libraries such as Ant Design or Tailwind CSS.
