Key Problems Solved

• Managing identity resolution from imperfect, large datasets to produce unified, accurate views without costly errors or API overuse.
• Ensuring secure multi-tenant AI services where data isolation can be guaranteed not just hoped for, especially for streaming LLM chat based on private tenant data.

Responsibilities

• Transform client conversations directly into system architectures without intermediaries.
• Create designs from the ground up, including vision, architecture decisions, trade-offs, and documentation.
• Develop full-stack solutions including modern frontends, strongly typed Postgres backends, streaming LLM features, and robust security for multi-tenancy.
• Implement production-ready AI components such as RAG, embeddings, agent frameworks, knowledge graphs, and automation workflows, complete with cost controls and evaluations.
• Build and maintain the platform infrastructure, including MCP servers, automated CI pipelines, and productivity enhancing tools.
• Manage crucial operational tasks such as database migrations, deployment procedures, monitoring, cost tracking, and smooth handoffs.

Working with AI

Our development environment heavily leverages agentic coding platforms that automate routine code generation, and require engineers who critically evaluate agent-produced code, identify errors such as invented APIs or hidden race conditions, and ensure robustness at scale.

• Confidence to interface directly with clients, clarifying true requirements and advising alternatives when needed.
• Ability to thrive on ambiguous problems that require defining the solution before building.
• Strong design skills beyond implementation.
• Self-motivated team player who can take ownership and provide clean handovers.
• Commitment to craftsmanship through testing, typing, and evaluation practices grounded in practical experience.

Helpful but not mandatory: Familiarity with TypeScript (Node.js, React/Next.js, Postgres), frontier and open AI models, and automation via n8n can accelerate onboarding.
