Shift Incharge

Role Overview

The Shift Incharge will oversee daily store operations during their designated shifts, ensuring smooth functioning and adherence to company standards. This role involves leading and motivating the team, maintaining quality and hygiene, and meeting operational targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operational activities within the store during assigned shifts.
• Lead and inspire the store team to maintain high performance and motivation levels.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and address any customer issues swiftly.
• Uphold food quality, hygiene, and safety by following standard operating procedures rigorously.
• Manage inventory levels carefully to avoid stock shortages and reduce waste.
• Handle cash transactions, billing processes, and ensure accurate shift closing.
• Maintain cleanliness of the store in line with company expectations.
• Assist in recruiting, onboarding, and training new staff members effectively.
• Drive sales goals, enhance productivity, and meet operational targets consistently.

Experience & Eligibility

• Possess between 1 to 3 years of work exposure in Quick Service Restaurants (QSR), Full Service Restaurants (FSR), retail, or hospitality sectors.
• Alternatively, recent graduates with a background in Hotel Management are encouraged to apply.
