Role Overview

The Store Manager will lead and manage the daily operations at the Galway store, ensuring smooth and effective store functioning. Reporting to the District Manager, this role focuses on driving store profitability, managing costs, and fostering a culture of high-quality pet care combined with outstanding customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain operational excellence by following store procedures and guidelines, improving efficiency, streamlining workflows, and making data-driven decisions to boost performance.
• Meet company KPIs by managing cash, stock audits, personnel costs, and sales results.
• Provide inspiring leadership that supports team growth, engagement, training, and promotes a trusting and respectful workplace culture.
• Oversee merchandise presentation, ensuring planograms are implemented correctly and inventory is accurately maintained.
• Lead customer engagement efforts by modeling excellent service and ensuring staff deliver outstanding support.
• Uphold brand integrity by prioritizing the welfare and care of animals entrusted to the store.
