Responsibilities

• Guide, encourage, and coach team members so they consistently deliver excellent service aligned with the brand.
• Oversee sales performance and help the store meet its targets and KPIs while keeping the energy high.
• Manage everyday store operations, including stock presentation and overall in-store standards.
• Promote the company’s 10 + 1 Culture Commitments and strengthen team engagement.
• Support staff development through training, feedback, and ongoing coaching.
• Maintain strong visual merchandising standards that highlight current jewellery trends and attract shoppers.
