Store Manager

Overview

The Store Manager will oversee store operations ensuring compliance with company standards and standard operating procedures (SOPs). This role focuses on managing the store environment, inventory control, profitability targets, team supervision, and delivering excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain store operations aligned with predefined SOPs and ensure the store's appearance complies with company guidelines.
• Monitor cash handling processes, prevent theft, and ensure safety and security within the store.
• Execute visual merchandising according to the plan and company standards.
• Manage inventory to avoid stock shortages or excessive stock levels.
• Submit timely KPI reports following established guidelines.
• Prepare the store for formal launch by coordinating required resources such as staff, furniture, fittings, IT infrastructure, and devices.
• Oversee store closures during refits or conversions as necessary.
• Achieve sales targets by converting walk-in customers through new acquisitions and upselling strategies.
• Manage store expenses in accordance with budget plans and maintain MIS and CRO-level tracking for monitoring.
• Provide recommendations to enhance store productivity and profitability.
• Coordinate daily schedules and brief outsourced store staff, addressing attrition issues promptly.
• Motivate and develop outsourced team members to maintain efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with customer experience (CE) guidelines and allocate staff based on peak demand periods.
• Directly engage with demanding customers to resolve issues.
• Suggest improvements to enhance overall customer experience.

Additional Information

Salary range for this role is between 40,000 and 70,000 INR per month.
