About the internship
This in-office internship is designed for someone who wants hands-on exposure to the sales side of a fast-moving SaaS company. You’ll work on outbound prospecting, lead qualification, meeting scheduling, and CRM hygiene while learning how a modern revenue team operates.

More than 2,000 Shopify brands in over 50 countries already use the platform to generate 20%+ revenue through tools such as WhatsApp marketing, chatbots, and multi-channel support.
What you will do
- Reach out to potential customers through cold calls and have direct conversations with real prospects.
- Plan, run, and refine cold email outreach so the messaging stays effective and does not feel like spam.
- Spot potential leads and decide which ones are worth passing to the sales team.
- Work closely with Account Executives to help set up meetings with qualified prospects.
- Keep the CRM updated with accurate and current prospect details.
- Study target markets and create prospect lists for outreach campaigns.
- Keep improving scripts, messaging, and outreach approaches based on results.
