Human Resources (HR) Intern

About the internship

RSHCE Renu Sharma Health Care And Education Foundation is looking for a Human Resources intern to support its mission-driven work in healthcare and education. This role offers practical exposure to core HR functions while contributing to an organization focused on serving underserved communities.

What you'll do

• Support hiring activities by drafting job posts, shortlisting resumes, and arranging interview schedules.
• Help with the onboarding and induction of new employees.
• Keep employee information and HR databases updated and well-organized.
• Assist with HR initiatives such as performance review activities and training-related coordination.
• Help plan and coordinate HR events, engagement activities, and related programs.
• Provide support in payroll-related tasks and benefits administration.
• Follow HR processes carefully and handle confidential information responsibly.

Skills and background

The ideal candidate should be comfortable using MS Office tools, especially Word and Excel, and should have strong spoken English communication. Relevant interest in HR and a willingness to learn are important for this opportunity.

Eligibility

• Open only to candidates who can join a full-time, in-office internship.
• Applicants must be available to start between 21 Jun 2026 and 26 Jul 2026.
• The internship runs for 3 months.
