About the Role
eClerx is seeking an Analyst to work on data analytics and Seismic platform operations. The role focuses on handling platform data, improving data quality, and turning usage information into insights that can support business decisions.
What You Will Do
- Work with the Seismic analytics tool, including setup/configuration and layer creation.
- Track and study content usage and engagement metrics inside Seismic.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to understand data needs and convert platform activity into practical insights.
- Maintain strong data flow accuracy, completeness, and overall integrity.
- Collect, check, and analyze Seismic-related data while ensuring a high level of data quality.
- Build interactive dashboards and reports in tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Alteryx to help teams monitor KPIs and make informed decisions.
What We Are Looking For
- A bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Finance, Business Analytics, or a related discipline.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in a data analyst position.
- Working familiarity with Seismic or a comparable content management system.
- Practical experience with Tableau, Power BI, or Alteryx.
- Strong Excel and SQL skills; exposure to Python, R, or VBA is an added advantage.
- Good analytical thinking and the ability to turn raw data into useful business recommendations.
- Willingness to work from Goldman’s office in Bangalore.
