Role Overview

In this position, you will be the first person prospects speak with. Your main job is to sort and qualify incoming leads, answer questions, and keep the sales pipeline focused on the most promising opportunities. You will connect with prospects by phone, email, and live chat, arrange introductory meetings, and continue follow-ups so leads stay engaged.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound prospect communication across phone, email, and live chat.
  • Screen leads to confirm whether they match the company’s premium RV offering.
  • Set up and hold initial discovery calls or meetings before transferring qualified opportunities to Account Executives.
  • Reply to voicemails and return calls promptly.
  • Manage live chat interactions with fast, helpful responses.
  • Keep CRM records accurate and up to date in HubSpot or a similar system.
  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth lead transfer and to improve the qualification process over time.
  • Share feedback with marketing on lead quality and customer behavior patterns.

Qualifications

The role calls for someone with 1–2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or lead qualification.
