About the Company

Role Overview
This position is focused on research and development work aimed at strengthening product performance, consistency, and efficiency across the manufacturing cycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Enhance current products so they deliver better quality, longer shelf life, improved taste, stronger functionality, and better cost efficiency.
- Create, refine, and document standard product formulas, recipes, and manufacturing methods.
- Run trials in the lab, pilot plant, and production environment to test and validate product changes.
Eligibility
Candidates should hold a B.Tech/B.E. in Food Technology or a B.Sc in Food Technology.
